What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and a note of which page or button you signed up from. We don't collect anything else through the waitlist form.

Why we collect it

Solely to notify you when studioworks-app is ready, and to send occasional updates about Studioworks. We won't use your email for anything else.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given at the moment you check the consent box and submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see below).

Where it's stored

Your email is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in their London (eu-west-2) region. The waitlist table is configured so it can only ever be written to, never read, by the public-facing site — nobody can browse the list of signups through the website itself.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until studioworks-app has launched and the waitlist has served its purpose, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@studioworks.ai.

Third parties

We don't share your email with anyone else. Supabase acts only as our data processor (i.e. they store it on our behalf) and don't use it for their own purposes.
